The Winchester Beacon is currently seeking forward-thinking, business-minded individuals to join our Board of Trustees and support us during an exciting phase of growth and development.

We are looking for volunteers with expertise in:

  • Governance
  • Marketing and communications
  • Income generation and fundraising
  • Property management
  • Human resources (HR)
  • Strategic development
  • Business planning

Additionally, we are seeking volunteers with a legal background or experience in GDPR compliance and data management to help ensure our charity operates effectively and efficiently.
