Facilities Manager
The Winchester Beacon is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the safe, effective and compliant operation of our accommodation and office sites across Winchester and Eastleigh.
This is an important role within our charity, helping to ensure that our buildings and environments are safe, welcoming and fit for purpose for the vulnerable adults we support. You will lead on facilities management, health and safety, compliance, supplier management and maintenance planning across multiple properties.
The role offers flexibility, hybrid working opportunities and the chance to make a meaningful difference within a supportive organisation. The role is a 0.6 part-time position.

Project Worker
The Winchester Beacon is seeking a compassionate and reliable Project Worker to help create a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for residents, volunteers and visitors during evenings and weekends. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will support the smooth running of the service while promoting wellbeing, inclusion and independence.
Using a person-centred and trauma-informed approach, you will build positive relationships with residents, encourage engagement in activities and support individuals to achieve their personal goals. You will help maintain a respectful and inclusive community environment, respond sensitively to individual needs and contribute to the overall safety and wellbeing of the service.

Trustees
We are looking for trustees to join our volunteer board of directors at The Winchester Beacon. You will work alongside our other trustees to set the strategic direction of the charity, ensuring strong governance and financial stewardship whilst supporting the staff and volunteer team to deliver high-quality services.
We are looking for a range of skills and experience but do have one specific health and safety trustee role that we would like to fill.
