Choose to make a positive difference on the countdown to Christmas and join our Advent Giving movement. Print off a copy of our Advent Giving calendar and each day of December put aside £1 or any amount you can spare. Keep this up for advent and by Christmas you will have raised funds to help us to keep someone warm, safe and supported this Christmas.
At The Winchester Beacon, we will be providing a temporary home to 22 people facing homelessness over Christmas. At The Beacon our residents will find safety and support as we help them to rebuild their life and escape homelessness for good.
Our Advent Giving challenge can be completed as a family, on your own, with colleagues or as a class. However you choose to do it, by Christmas Day you will know that you have helped to make a positive difference. That’s got to be better than a chocolate a day!
