You are invited to join us on Monday 9th November for our virtual Supporters’ Evening and AGM, ‘A Year of Change – Tackling Homelessness in a Pandemic.
The current situation means we have had to rethink how we host our annual Supporters’ Evening and AGM. Whilst we are sad not to be able to meet in person this year, we are excited to have the opportunity to come together online and also to be welcoming some fantastic key speakers.
‘A Year of Change – Tackling Homelessness in a Pandemic’ will take place on Monday 9th November beginning at 6.45pm with our AGM. The main event will follow shortly afterwards at 7pm. We will reflect on the challenges of recent months including how we have coped and our plans for the future to ensure that we can continue to evolve to meet the changing needs of our residents and the circumstances in which we are operating.
We are delighted to be welcoming Matt Downie MBE, Director of Policy and External Affairs at the national homeless charity, Crisis. Matt will share insight into the national picture of homelessness and how the situation is being tackled in a changing world.
The event is free to attend and will be hosted as a webinar. This means that participants will not need to join with video or audio but there will be the opportunity to send questions on the night via the Q&A function.
The event is free and open to all. Whether you are a current supporter or just curious to find out more, come along.
Is it the first time you have attended a Zoom webinar? Don’t worry, have a quick read of our how to guide here.
