Waitrose Green Tokens

Waitrose in Weeke is giving customers the opportunity to show their support for The Winchester Beacon.

The supermarket’s Green Token scheme enables customers to pick a local charity that they would like to receive support. The Winchester Beacon is currently being featured alongside two other fantastic local charities, Boaz Project and Youth Options.

Customers are given a green token when paying for their shopping. They are then invited to add their green token to the collection box near the exit to the supermarket.

Waitrose will donate funds to each of the three charities with the highest donation going to the charity with the most green tokens.
