The Winchester Beacon is delighted to announce the appointment of Robyn Kohler as our new Chief Executive Officer.

Robyn brings extensive leadership experience in the non-profit sector, most recently serving as CEO at Citizens Advice Hampshire. Throughout her career, which includes leadership roles within the education sector, Robyn has been committed to supporting adults and young people to engage in services that help them to reach their full potential.

Strengthening our mission to end homelessness in the Winchester area

Established in 1988, The Winchester Beacon provides vital services including safe accommodation, tailored support and pathways to independence. The appointment of a new CEO marks a significant step in strengthening our goal of helping people facing homelessness to find hope, stability and a brighter future.

Speaking about the new role, Robyn said:

“I am honoured to join The Winchester Beacon. The organisation has an incredible legacy of compassion and impact. I look forward to working with staff, volunteers, partners and our wider community to ensure that people in and around Winchester experiencing homelessness have the support they need to rebuild their lives.”
