On Thursday 17th November, join the “Festive Winch” snow globe fun in The Square (near Winchester City Museum) between 12.00pm and 8.00pm.
Snow lovers are invited to head to The Square on Thursday to get a dose of snow-filled fun as part of the Christmas Light Switch on celebrations.
In return for some time in the inflatable globe, people are asked to make a minimum donation of £1 towards Spare Change for Lasting Change, a diverted giving scheme which donates money to The Winchester Beacon and Trinity Winchester. This fantastic scheme enables people to help those experiencing homelessness in an effective way. Spare Change for Lasting Change collection boxes are located in shops, bars and restaurants across the city all year round, find your nearest collection box here.
