We recently welcomed employees from Milestone Infrastructure for two days of volunteering.
The employees gave their time, skills and enthusiasm to decorate some of the ten residents’ bedrooms and our overnight volunteers’ bedroom.
Michèle Price, Chief Executive of The Winchester Beacon, commented: “It has been great to have the skills and smiles of the Milestone Infrastructure team onsite. The bedrooms are in constant use with a new resident usually moving in the same day someone leaves. The rooms can therefore quickly become worn and in need of a refresh. We really appreciate the volunteers giving their time and energy to the task.”
