The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running and the organisation of the operational face of Winchester Churches Nightshelter (WCNS). Working closely with the Chief Executive, and with support of a part-time administrative assistant, they will supervise designated staff and oversee the recruitment, induction and training of volunteers. Experience of running a busy office is essential and you will need to have a flexible and caring approach to your work.
